This week I have started to exercise. It has been four years since I regulary did PT ( army slang for pysical training ) I am going to try and get back to the shape I was in four years ago. The apartment complex where I live has a state of the art fitness center so I might as well use it. I am starting out on the treadmill for 30 min then moving on to some strength training. Of course one cannot get in shape without a proper diet or support. The diet my fiance' is more than happy to oblige since she does not like my current diet which is the seefood diet (See food and then eat). There are benfits to eating right and exercise such as more energy, less stress, better all around health. It will also help my back alot I will use all that training that I did while in the military to help achieve my goal. My DR will be very happy to hear this, as long as I keep it up. I know that it will take time to get back in shape but it can be done. Till next time Mike
